Ms. Sonam Jain – Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a Commerce Graduate, She is a Partner of the firm and possesses more than 6 years of extensive experience in the fields of Corporate Laws & Procedures, Secretarial Compliance Audit, SEBI ICDR Regulations, SEBI LODR Regulations, FEMA Compliances, Takeover Regulations, Prohibition of Insider Trading Rules, Corporate Restructuring, Mergers/Amalgamations and other related compliances.
She has started her career with KHA in 2011 as an apprentice and after successful completion of apprenticeship training, absorbed as an Associate. In 2015, she was introduced as partner of the firm.
